The whole Math Work Stations book is available to read online for free. I have started to read it and it's great because it gives information on allowing students to work independently during Maths rotations, check it out here.

Christmas Resources

I came across a great website for Christmas activities to use with the students on those longer than normal last few weeks of school. It has a variety of IWB activities, Christmas Games, Christmas apps and more. You can find the page here.

Task Cards

I've been using spelling task cards quite frequently in my classroom lately and thought i'd upload the ones I've been using. Task cards are a great way to engage students, personalise learning and give students open ended questions.

Sumdog is a free website which allows students to create a login and learn at home. It can be found at www.sumdog.com

Scootpad

Scootpad is an online learning tool which allows students to practice their reading and Maths skills at school and at home. It's individual, personalised and compatible with the iPad. It's a free website and offers teachers  a wide wide range of data. It can be found at www.scootpad.com
